In 2021, Dr. Bach Hoang presented an innovative solution for remote IT support on Shark Tank Vietnam. An online article about his appearance prompted Dang Cuong and Nguyen Tien — who had extensive experience in industrial equipment and maintenance — to contact Hoang to collaborate on a new business: a remote support solution for industrial maintenance service. After many discussions about technical challenges, market needs, business opportunities and several product tests, RoboMain Inc. launched in late 2022
